When we began looking for a new vehicle for our family, we had many dealerships to choose from in Kalamazoo. We shopped a few of the other dealerships and none of them had the selection of new and pre-owned that Harold Zeigler had. Joe Barboline, our sales rep at Harold Zeigler, worked with us from start to finish making sure we got the vehicle that suited our needs. He helped us narrow down what type of vehicle would work best for our family, given our financial restrictions and things we needed from a vehicle, then gave us several options to choose from in their inventory. He even sent us a text message with pictures and details of new inventory that fit our criteria. Overall, we had a great experience at Harold Zeigler and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle in the Kalamazoo area to check them out.

I brought my Honda Accord in for a recall issue and also to check out two other issues before I was set to hit the road the next day. The recall work was done as promised and I was told how to remedy the other issues but not pressured to do right than and there. I was so relieved about that and the fact that Cory also told me my car was okay to be one the road with the other issues not having to be fixed right away. Will be coming back again, service was great, the waiting area is wonderful and the shuttle was a great service to me.

Researched information on internet asked for pricing and got a competitive quote on first offer. Our sales agent did a good job returning our request. Transaction was quick. Our only wish was that there would have been more color selection readily available on lot. But I guess the CRV-LS has been selling well and we would have had to wait maybe a month. Thanks Travis Nesmith, our sales agent.

Fantastic Experience. We had a recall on our Honda CRV. We were in and out very quickly. The waiting area was comfortable. They even offered IPads to watch netflix on. They even went the extra steps and did a overall check of the vehicle. The best part was it didn't cost us anything AND they didn't try and get us to buy anything. I will definately go back when my car needs servicing.

Had a great experience when purchasing my Ram over the Memorial Day weekend. Greg Chernoby, our salesman, was very helpful all the way through the sale starting with the very first email, arranging test drives of comparable Ford models, arranging and aftermarket spray-in bed liner, through the delivery of the truck to our home in Holland (and picking up my trade-in to take back to the dealership). Definitely no complaints.

I have always had a great experience with the service department!!! They always are very friendly when I drop off my vehicle, I am always welcomed by my first name when I climb out of my car, and they know why I am dropping it off and I don't stand there long getting the paperwork ready! I highly recommend Harold Zeigler to anyone who needs service work!!!!!!!!!
