The Basics
The Dodge Hornet comfortably seats 5 and is available in 7 sleek colors. It’s able to tow 2,000 lbs and includes important safety features like blind spot and forward detection warnings, so you can have eyes all around you. The Hornet includes Bluetooth connectivity, a 10.25 inch touchscreen that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and dual zone front air conditioning.
The GT
The Dodge Hornet begins with level 1: the GT. Both the GT and the GT Plus get 24 combined MPG, and are equipped with an ultra-powerful 2L engine that nets you 268 horsepower. The GT and GT Plus will get you from 0 to 60 MPG in just 6.5 seconds. Talk about power.
On the inside, the GT includes all of the basic features, including 6-way directional control over the driver’s seat. The seats come in a cloth/leatherette blend that is sure to keep the whole crew cozy.
The GT Plus
All of the same features of the GT can still be found in the Plus, with a few extra perks. For starters, we’ve upgraded the seats to a leather trim and added a standard power sunroof. A hands-free power liftgate will make your life easier during that enormous grocery run, and an integrated navigation system with voice activation will make you feel like you’re living in the future.
The R/T
The R/T is the Hornet’s hybrid-electric option. A 306V lithium-ion battery in both the R/T and R/T Plus will travel an EPA estimated 32 miles all-electric, before seamlessly switching to the gas-powered engine. And all that without sacrificing speed; the R/T goes 0-6 MPH in just 5.6 seconds.
Other goodies this trim features include heated driver and passenger seats, 8-way directional control for the driver’s seat, a key fob remote start, auto-dimming rearview mirrors and a garage door transmitter.
The R/T Plus
